Concept

Per-model rates: Each model has its own credit rate based on its provider cost.
Gross-margin markup: Credit price = provider cost × an owner-approved markup; recorded in a server-side cost ledger.
Usage limits: Per-user and per-organization caps, with warnings before a limit is reached.
Expiry & refunds: Purchased credits would expire after a defined period; unused credits refundable per final policy.
Fraud prevention: Verified accounts, purchase velocity limits, and review of unusual usage.
